What is this fetal weight percentile tool for?

What does “Small for dates” or “Large for dates” mean here?
It is based on this model only: below 10th = small, 10th–90th = typical, above 90th = large.
Does “Typical range” mean everything is fine?
Not necessarily. A single number can’t replace clinical interpretation or trend over time.
Can I use weights from different scans?
Enter the week and EFW from the **same scan** — don’t mix a week from one appointment with a weight from another. To follow growth, check each scan on its own and compare the results over time; trends across scans are more meaningful than one number, and your care team interprets them.
Does this replace my hospital’s growth charts?
No. Different clinics use different reference charts and ultrasound methods.
