Is this baby gender result accurate?

No. The prediction is a light, pseudo-random tilt around 50/50 based on your estimated conception midpoint. Real baby sex is set at conception and can only be confirmed by medical tests such as ultrasound or lab analysis.

Why does the tool only ask for my due date?

This calculator is deliberately simple. It only needs **your EDD** to estimate a conception window using the `EDD − 266 days` method and then generate a fun prediction from that date.

What if my cycles are not “standard”?

The calculation assumes a typical cycle with ovulation roughly 14 days after your last period. If your cycles are much shorter or longer, the real conception day might be outside the shown window. The prediction is still for fun only, never a precise medical estimate.

Can I use this if I am expecting twins?

You can still try it, but the result is even less meaningful because the method does not distinguish between singleton and multiple pregnancies. Think of it purely as a playful guess.
